Pacific Pines
Pacific Pines is a family focused, Stockland planned residential community and is nestled amongst 68ha of green space that ranges from manicured parks and recreational areas to natural bushland.
Gently undulating terrain gives a great selection of views from coastline to the quiet natural beauty of the national forest.
Pacific Pines offers a convenient and relaxed lifestyle.
This relatively new suburb is an ideal location for both work and play being only 80kms from Brisbane and a short 15 kms from the Broadwater and Gold Coast surf beaches.
The retails heart of this community is the Pacific Pines Town Centre with the family friendly Tavern, Cut'n'Grind Café and essential services such as Woolworths, Chemist, Medical and Dental Centre that cater to local's everyday needs.
There are many more convenience stores including a 7-11 service station and Zaraffa's drive through coffee.
It is also located close to two of the Gold Coast's famous theme parks; Movie World and Wet'n'Wild, with Dreamworld only a short drive away also.
The Helensvale Westfield Shopping Centre, Light Rail Station and Train Station are also all within a 10 minute drive.
Originally part of Gaven, Pacific Pines became a separate suburb in 2003.
Its neighbouring suburbs are Gaven, Oxenford, Maudsland, Helensvale and Arundel.
Transport
A local bus runs through Pacific Pines hourly to take you to Helensvale where you can transit to any part of the Gold Coast.
Helensvale train and light rail stations are also only a five minute drive. The Gold Coast Light Rail is an excellent addition to the Gold Coast transport system, giving access from Helensvale to Broadbeach with future expansion expected.
There is easy access to the M1 Motorway for those looking to travel to Brisbane or Coolangatta and beyond.
The Gold Coast City Marina is located nearby in Coomera with 200 water berths, and everything needed for boating available.

At Pacific Pines, you only need to take a short stroll to find a great pastime, be it energetic or leisurely.
Leisure facilities include 68ha of parkland and open space, walking and cycling tracks, skate parks, lakes and wetlands to explore, interactive children's playgrounds, cricket, soccer and football fields.
Pacific Pines Centreal Park
Located on Pacific Pines Boulevard, this massive park is a favourite amongst Northern Gold Coast residents. Weaving around a central lake, this is the perfect park for a stroll, or a play.
There are great picnic areas adjoining the playgrounds, with many undercover tables perfect for your next get together or party.
Barbecues, drinking fountains and an amenity building also make this a great park for families.
This park is also home to outdoor fitness equipment, a fantastic free option for residents to get active! There is also a large sports fields, as well as a full-sized cricket field.
You can find it all at Pacific Pines Central Park - ring a friend, pack a picnic and enjoy this great location.
Codrington park
Located on Laughlen Chase is a great local park with fabulous play facilities.
The variety of play equipment will keep the kids entertained for hours!
Barbecue facilities are on offer, as well as picnic shelters, making this a great park for your next family day out!
Brockman Park
Located on Pitcairn Way, Brockman Park is a great park with large sports fields, skate parks, playground, basketball court and picnic facilities, popular with those on the Northern Gold Coast.
This is also home to the local Pacific Pines Football Club where games, training and other events are held at the Cheryl Southwood Field, which was renamed in memory of the president of the football club, Cheryl Southwood.
